Earlier the valuation activities were carried out in LSI Financial Services but with the introduction of Registered Valuers concept by amendment of section 247 of the Companies Act 2013, LSI promoted Resolute Valuers and Consultants Private Limited as a specialised Valuation Entity in complaince with the new regime and got the same Registered with IBBI to carry out the valuation of all classes of assets. Resolute is also empanelled with most of the PSU Banks and other Institutions. Resolute has tie ups with Vessels Value, London and ‘gesvalt’, Spain to provide International Valuation of Shipping, Infra and Mining sectors.

There are a large number of individual valuers in the country who provide valuation services for one class of asset only, whereas Resolute Valuers supported by a team of Highly Qualified and Experienced Registered Valuers, Industry Experts, Sectoral Experts, Technocrats, Seasoned Finance Professionals like Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants is uniquely positioned to comprehensively cater to client requirements by providing valuations of all kinds of assets under one roof. With full-fledged offices in Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata and also satellite offices in Gujarat and Hyderabad we are providing services to our clients across all the sectors on Pan India basis.

In past 4 years itself we have carried out more than 350+ valuation assignments including large corporates like Adani Power, Sasan Power, Haldia Petrochemicals, JK Laksmi Cement, JSW Cement, Jindal Stainless Steel, Bhushan Steel, Bombay Rayon, Garden Silk, Leela Hotel, Taj Theog, Pratibha industries, ARSS Infra etc. We have also carried out few valuations under Disinvestment program of Government of India such as Kamrajar Port and Ordnance Factory, Dehradun.
